​Panella Brothers, Buzz & Rich's No Mercy Cafe is a bar located in the heart of New Castle, PA. We offer great lunch specials daily with exceptional food to back it up. We feel that we can give a great meal and a good laugh at anytime of the day. Our owner Mark Panella has done an excellent job of making us a respectful place to enjoy a meal and a few cold ones!
